Lockdown in Buxton

Collage

During the Covid-19 lockdown I would walk my dog in Buxton Pavilion Gardens and the Slopes and became intrigued by the dynamics between the Corvids, Pigeons, Canadian Geese and humans. Daily I would feed the Jackdaws and Pigeons tasty roasted maggots whilst others fed the geese, squirrels and rats. Being the clever birds they are the Jackdaws soon recognised me and by the time I had reached the same bench each day they would be congregated awaiting their treats. Inevitably the pigeons would swoop down to see what the Jackdaws were eating. This gave me the opportunity to photograph them.
